EOTE Design & Build is engaged in general contracting of commercial, residential and industrial projects. Projects range from joint ventures, ground up construction, demolition, restoration to adaptive redevelopment. We seek out projects to which we can add value to our experience services, financing, joint ventures with developers, private clients and construction companies.

EOTE Design & Build is a General Contractor who's Projects include small to medium residential subdivisions, commercial projects, restorations, demolition and custom home construction. Our projects are fully warranted for 3 years and when required EOTE is fully bondable on all workmanship.
